This paper sign is popping up on utility poles all over the city.

What is the purpose of the sign?

first, posting signs on utlity poles is illegal. I will be taking them down in the 7th ward

jrs will you fine bellany for writing his name on various telephone poles during the mayoral race 2009? if it is the year of lion let it the signs hang but if it means gangs markings by all means rip them down with the help from rushgal and her commie neighbor.

Only signs from the city are legal. Don't matter, you can't say this one is okay and that one is not.
Iwasthere I would ask that you assist Rushgirl in elminating this litter starting with the new year.
