I noticed the sidewalk on the north side of West Federal has been opened up for walkers. This photo was taken this week.

This is the same area when seating and a fence were on the sidewalk.

I hope it's just for the winter season. Outdoor dining adds life to the downtown experience.

its just for the season, there where some issues last year with snow removal and handicapped not being about to get around the fence.

Snow removal was a problem.
