Since that is a stock photo that happens to be from Youngstown, (and several years old) I'd be curious to see what that area looks like today.

I'm pretty sure that's the SE corner of Market Street and Woodland as viewed from the back of the lot. The building has been demolished and the lot cleared. CCA landscaped this lot a few years ago.

Youngstown is not as bad as many people want to believe.
