Has city council set the trick-or-treat hours for Youngstown?

Jay,
If you would have checked my website,www.swierz.com I have it posted. While you are
there you can take my poll. The hours are Sat. 10-31-09 5-7Pm All other sub-
divisions around Y-town are the same hours, only Canfield and Austintown are different

Youngstown's trick or treat time is 5pm to 7pm on october 31st, 2009.
