The 11-Conersburg bus carries Chaney students heading home at the end of the school day.
The bus is full of students and also has a guard riding along.
Who pays for the guard?
That's a great quetion. i can see both sides arguing about who whould pay!
WRTA: We're doing you and your students a favor and you need to supply a guard! (so we can keep more money to wrap over our windows).
Youngstown City School District: Favor? We're doing you the favor so that you'll have a full bus once a day and if you're afraid of our kids, you need your own guard!
WRTA: MORE RANDOM BS
Youngstown City School District: MORE OTHER RANDOM BS

Here is another problem.
The Chaney students board the outbound 11-Cornersburg after school and then ride the bus all the way to Rulli's in Austintown and then back. The full bus makes it difficult for other riders to to find seats on the bus when they board along the way. If one or more wheelchair patrons what to ride, there is a big problem because each wheelchair requires three seats to be folded up and taken out of use.
