I shopped in the Cornersburg Sparkle Market recently.  I noticed the price for Giannios Chocolates had jumped up to $13.99 per pound.

An attached sign stated

The worldwide cocoa market has continued to pass through enormous price increases making it necessary for Giannios Candy Company, Inc. to in crease our prices accordingly.

A store in Cornersburg where the price for this same candy has not been increased.
