Title: A "Special Sidewalk" to the Avalon

A cement walkway west to the Avalon was recently poured. A special sidewalk, consisting of orange barrier fence, was erected on the center of West Federal starting at the intersection with Phelps Street. The fence leads to the Avalon and OH WOW!
