Title: Deception
Post by: jay on September 14, 2009, 05:47:10 AM
I recently went into a store to purchase crew socks.  When examining the package, I noticed that the MADE IN USA words were actually on a adhesive label placed over the paper wrapper.

I decided to peel away the MADE IN USA label and this is what I found.

Deception or not?

Looks like two different sizes of socks, one 6-12 and the other 10-12.  They just used the same packaging instead of reprinting the wrappers.

believe it or not, sock size and shoe size aren't the same.

Jay,

Where did you see these socks?  Did you say anything to the manager?

What brand are they? Did you call/write the company?

Is there a government agency to contact that gives a rat's ass?
