The Realty Building is being demolished.

What, if anything, should replace it?

Unless another major structure is slated for the Realty Building lot, I propose the land be leveled and landscaped with a downtown Christmas tree that will grow year after year at this location.  Perhaps the tree will grown large enough to rival the very large Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.
