Title: Maple Syrup Production

This season's warmer weather is hurting local maple sap harvesting.  The maple sap would eventually be boiled down to form maple syrup.

The Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Maple Team reported today that 2024 has had the lowest maple sap collection of their ten years of doing the project.
