Title: ? Dirt Washing Onto Sidewalk and Roadway

Need to know who to contact about this problem.
Several months ago a house was demolished on the north east corner of Mahoning Avenue and North Richview. Now rainwater is washing dirt from the lot onto the sidewalk and Mahoning Avenue.
