Balloons have been in the national news recently.
Here is a west side balloon observation.
I went into the Mahoning Avenue Dollar Twenty-five Store today. I preparation for Valentine's Day, the store had over one hundred helium-filled Valentine balloons clustered at the ceiling toward the front of the store.
More balloons from china than I had expected.
Rather than sending them money for the last several decades we should have sent them a message.

I took a walk today. I found a deflated Valentine's Day balloon on the grass next to the sidewalk. Not sure if someone broke it on purpose or did it rise so high in the sky that it burst in the thinner atmosphere at a higher altitude.
