The weather for today is supposed to be snow in the morning followed by rain in the afternoon. It is possible that the roads will only be wet by evening.
The West Side Library, the Rocky Ridge Group's meeting location, has already closed for today. Maybe the Rocky Ridge group should have another location to move to when the library is not available.
