This Vindy article says the Democratic committee will decide on January 7th who will replace Lauren McNally and Paul Gains.

The replacements have already been picked behind closed doors....The meeting on the 7th is to make it look like it's legit...

A few weeks ago someone told me the replacement would be Mr. Kelly. 

We'll know for sure on January 7th.
