Title: Mud Tracked Onto Mahoning Avenue

There is a business on the 2200 block of Mahoning Avenue that does not have a paved parking lot for its vehicles. As a result, mud is being tracked onto Mahoning Avenue and onto the sidewalk. It is a real mess.
