Title: Almost Hit While Walking On The Sidewalk

I was walking on a Mahoning Avenue sidewalk the other day. I young man on a bicycle suddenly shot past me on my left. He didn't give any warning sign that he was approaching. I could have easily been hit by this bicycle.
