I noticed today that the fill material that made-up the base of the former LE&E Railroad was being removed. This is the area behind/next to the Hopewell Theater and west of the WRTA administrative offices on Mahoning Avenue.

So much of the fill material has been removed that you can now see the WRTA office building from the street in front of the Hopewell Theater.
