Title: Unusual Vehicle In Austintown Today

Monday, September 27

I saw this unusual 3-wheeled electric vehicle in Austintown today.  It is an Arcimoto.

This is how it looked.

That is one weird looking thing that I really won't ever understand. When travelling on more than two wheels I would prefer my passenger to be beside me and I'd hate to have to try to avoid endless random pot holes and anything else with the three tires that follow three different paths. I will admit it might be fun to rent for an afternoon when on vacation somewhere that it never snows.

Anyway, was the one you saw being ridden down a street or maybe parked and did you happen to notice if it was licensed?

The vehicle dropped off a passenger at the dollar store in the Rulli Brothers plaza.
I didn't look to see a license plate.
Vehicle was blue in color similar to the attached internet photo.
An older gentleman was driving.
