CITY COUNCIL, ADMINISTRATION TO HOST AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN LISTENING SESSION
Youngstown City Councilmember, Mike Ray, has scheduled a listening session for residents and neighborhood groups to discuss their priorities for the City’s $82.7 million ARP local recovery fund allocation. The City received the first half of the allocation in May and expects to receive the second half next year.

City Council representatives as well as members of the administration and planning team will be in attendance to gather feedback and listen to priorities. Printed surveys will be available for attendees to complete, data gathered from these efforts will be used to inform the City’s plan.
If any stakeholders are not able to attend in person meetings over the summer, the City is requesting they complete the Youngstown American Rescue Plan Survey.
More dates for listening sessions will be released as dates are confirmed.
