Title: Bike Path Near Downtown Youngstown

The downtown bike path is moving forward.  I noticed that there is now an asphalt bike path along the south side of Tod Street from West Avenue to Mill Creek Park.

Brush in now growing into the bike path along West Avenue between Mahoning Avenue and Tod.

Who is going to trim this brush?
