Nobody responded.   ???

Maybe I'm the only one with the property tax increase.

My property was appraised 17% higher.   :P

Taxes went up on properties that were re appraised in value and the value went up.

I know of some properties(in Youngstown) where the value stayed the same and the taxes actually went down.

A 17% increase in value is great, if you're selling soon, but the same 17% increase in taxes is disgusting no matter what.

The house my wife and I live in:

2021 - up 5.4%
2020 - up 0.7%
2019 - up 3.1%
Three year grand total - up 9.2%

We also own an empty lot that's a couple acres in a township.

2021 - down 5.5%
2020 - up 1.0%
2019 - up 4.5%
Three year grand total - up 0.11% (using more decimal places)
