What was going on in downtown Youngstown this morning?  A man was sitting on a chair in the back of a pickup truck outside 20 Federal Place.  Evidently he was a Traficant supporter.

maybe it was disgruntled homeless person who spend a buc on thursday for lunch at the food ct in the first federal place. he/she was voicing its opposition to "Spend a Buc Day on Thursday".
