It was announced on the TV news that the Cultivate Cafe will suspend operations within the next two weeks. Business has dropped off because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
There aren't many restaurants on the north side. It is important that north side residents support the restaurants and other businesses on their side of Youngstown.
