Here we have Mahoning County giving us two hours this fall (and maybe 2 hours last and next spring IDK) depending on the first letter of our last name to turn in only electronics.

Trumbull County has been accepting:
Appliances & Electronics (e-waste) Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm,
Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Wednesdays only 9:00am - 4:30pm
Appliances & Electronics (e-waste) AND Household Hazardous Waste 9:00am - 12noon one Saturday a month since June.

I admit that I have no idea if other counties are doing better than these but I will say Trumbull County blows Mahoning away.

I'm not sure but doesn't Trumbull County have an actual facility and staff for their collection programs?

Mahoning County has pop-up collections where a contracted vendor does the collection on a specific day and sometimes at different locations throughout the year.
