The Mahoning Valley Greens will have a booth set up at the Pig Iron Street Fest
in Downtown Youngstown on N. Phelps Street on Saturday. We will be collecting
petition signatures for All Aboard Ohio....for a return of passenger rail
service from Cleveland-Youngstown-Pittsburgh.

Exhibits lined North Phelps Street during the Pig Iron Community Street Festival.  A stage was located at the corner of Phelps and West Federal.

A variety of performances took place during the festival.  Members from Youngstown's EOS Bellidance troop are pictured in the photo below.

One of the acts was Dr. Ray's Amazing Side Show of Science.  In this photo, sparks flew as Dr. Ray Beiersdorfer explained the chemistry of a thermite reaction.
