Title: Sold properties on Fifth Ave.

I've noticed recently that both the proposed CVS site next to Stambaugh Auditorium and the attractive office building on the corner of Fifth and Broadway have sported "SOLD" signs recently.  Does this mean that the CVS plan is going forward?  Is there any information on the plans for the Fifth/Broadway building?

The building at 1325 Fifth (Fifth and Broadway), formerly the home of Diagnostic Cardiology Associates, was sold in May for $600,000 to the Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership (MYCAP), which is currently located on Federal Plaza.  I assume they will be moving to the North Side.

sharonite,  the space that mycap used in federal plaza, is it the same space that is going to be used for the new call center?

I believe MYCAP was in that parking garage building.
