Why was the Seventh Ward Councilwoman attending the meeting from inside a vehicle?
One councilwoman wore a red hat and kept her face lowered for a few minutes. All I could I see was the red hat. ::)
Suggestions for council
Don't wear hats. Conduct the virtual meetings from location in a building.
