Residents in the Rocky Ridge area have been complaining about speeding on the streets near Chaney High School.
The main violator appears to be the school's buses. ::)
Resident claim that when the loaded buses leave the school, they race up and down South Hazelwood. About 14 buses depart from Chaney at the end of the school day.
