Post by: iwasthere on October 01, 2019, 11:21:17 AM
does the city of ytown need these two positions combined into two? I read the vindy article in which the story did not mention any economic accomplishments done by this individual while working at the mahoning county treasurer dept and mahoning county children services.

My guess is not :'(
The population has decreased since the last two administrations.
The last Mayor did not have a Chief of Staff and did not purchase a City car.
With the closing of GM, and the employees being transferred out, and YES I know not all GM employees lived in the City, but some did, and the closing of NS Hospital I would hope the current administration does not begin to spend what it doesn't have, they need to look long term ahead. Which brings up the other problem in the City -Why do we need 7 Council Members?????
