Title: Tree Damage

A recently planted tree on Central Square in downtown Youngstown has been destroyed by vandals.

THE TREE WAS NOT VANALIZED BUT WAS FED AQUA OHIO WATER AND DIED.

We've recently had some strong storms blow through.  Are we sure the tree didn't break in the strong winds?

Looks like it was deliberately cut down. The wind wouldn't lift off the protection, and from the photo, the cut looks clean.
