Title: Shooting on Hilton
Post by: connie254 on April 24, 2009, 09:52:41 AM
Saw in the paper about the shooting. We lived at 254 and sold it 2 years ago. We had nothing but problems from the neighbors at 258 where the shooting occurred. Just before we moved, their house got hit with gunfire(front glass door shattered) and we found a bullet on our living room floor with a hole in the wall. But between the two houses, we were the ones who called the police-they didn't. Both the older two boys have been in trouble with the law and the parents are oblivious.
Looking up their house on the auditor's website, it shows "NEGOTIATED SOLD TAX LIEN" as the mail information address-what does that mean?

It means that their property taxes were not paid and a tax lien was placed on the property. Mahoning county has engaged in the practice of selling off all its liens to a company based in Florida for the past couple years. This company purchases the liens at what is usually a 50% discount.

it really means Connie that this area is full of white trash and ghetto people as neighbors.
