The question is that a number of downtown eateries are complaining about the lack of communication between the Chevy Center and the eateries.

What responsability does Ryan have of telling these eateries how to plan their businesses?

What responsability do the eateries have to communicate with the Chevy Center?

Certainly the Chevy Center posts its programs on its web site, so shouldn't the eatery owners go to that site and consult with Mr. Ryan, or do they expect him to come to them and take them by the hand and guide them?
