I'm making a list of downtown barber shops. Some shops are tucked away inside office buildings and are not visible from the street.

Please list the name and location of any downtown barber shops.

There is a barber on the 2nd Floor of the YMCA ("Joe the Barber). There is also a "men's boutique" that recently opened on the corner of Hazel & W. Federal.

William Leonard's Men's Salon & Spa
101 Federal Plaza West
Downtown Youngstown
Open: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
