Title: Weird WRTA Night Service Schedule

I've been looking at the WRTA's night service schedules.

Is this a convenient trip to downtown Youngstown and back on the Glenwood/Cornersburg Route?

Inbound trip from the Mahoning Plaza
Mahoning Plaza to downtown Federal Station (10 minutes)

Return trip from Federal Station to the Mahoning Plaza (60 minutes)
The return trip travels to the Southern Park Mall in Boardman first, then to Austintown, and then to the Mahoning Plaza.
