It's really nice when you hear or read a news item about Youngstown that's positive. Here is one full of the Christmas spirit.

Christmas is a time of year when we ALL need to think about the tenants of
the season: Peace, Good Will, Love towards our fellow man, etc.  Even for
those of other faiths, I feel there is NOTHING wrong with wishing someone
a "Merry Christmas"

The article makes an interesting point: that we, as a society, seem to be moving
away from the phrase "Marry Christmas", and toward the more "politically correct"
phrase of "Happy Holidays".  I don't understand why... I have several friends who
just happen to be of the Jewish Faith, and I take no offense whatsoever when
they wish me a "Happy Hanukah" - it's all in the spirit of good will.

I have a friend from West Africa who celebrates Quanza [sp?] and the same
ideology applies to him, as well.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE !
