Title: Police Respond To Problem Teen

There was a problem at the west side library today.  A teen was causing some type of problem and was escorted off the property.   The same teen later returned at which point the Youngstown Police were called.  The YPD officer arrested the teen for trespassing.

Police were called to the west side library on Thursday at approx. 4:00 p.m.
