Not sure of the exact details
A man was heading east on the Ohio Turnpike and stopped at a rest stop. While inside he played one of the Ohio Lottery's electronic game machines (Keno ?). After a while, the man came over to a rest stop employee and said that the machine said I won something and a paper would come out of the machine but nothing came out. The rest stop employee had no idea how the machine was supposed to work. The traveler became frustrated and left. The employee eventually found a phone number for the Lottery and called them. The person on the other end explained what buttons to press on the screen and eventually a paper slip came out. The paper indicated that the traveler had won a substantial amount of money. The traveler was no longer at the rest area. The winning paper was turned over to a Lottery agent the next day.
The traveler may have been a truck driver. (?)
Not sure how anyone could find the traveler who won the money.
