The Stambaugh Chorus is pleased to announce that Dr. Hae-Jong Lee has accepted the position of Director. Dr. Lee is the head of the choral department at Youngstown State University and the Chorus Master of the Western Reserve Opera.
This season the Stambaugh Chorus will be collaborating with other organizations for two of their performances. This winter Stambaugh will be joining the Dana School of Music as part of Carols and Cocoa, on December 3, 2008 at Stambaugh Auditorium. With the Youngstown State University Choral Department and Symphony, Stambaugh Chorus will be performing the Vivaldi Gloria under the direction of Dr. Lee. On April 25, 2009 the Greenville Symphony, under the direction of Michael Gelfand, will present the Beethoven's 9th Symphony at the Passavant Center at Thiel College. Stambaugh Chorus will be joining Shenango Valley Chorale and the Thiel College Choral Department in the performance. There will be a mid-winter performance of the Stambaugh Chorus under the direction of Dr. Lee.

Stambaugh Chorus is having a fund raiser sponsored by Carrabba's Italian Grill at 1320 Boardman- Poland Rd. (224) in Poland on September 24, 2008 at 12:00 noon.
