Avoid lower Elm Street on Youngstown's North Side as it is being resurfaced.

Hoorah!

I hope they are going to pave the section from Park Avenue to Broadway, as this will
look nice right next to Wick Park.  (Come to think of it, I wish to heck the city would
re-pave the roads INSIDE Wick Park)

:)

After the day I saw the equipment roll down Elm Street they were there for a couple of days and I haven't seen hide nor hair of them so they must not have done much down there. When they did our part of the street they were here for at least a week grinding and scraping and hauling and resurfacing and painting.

I don't get down there, so I don't know just what those people were actually accomplishing but perhaps someone who drives down to YSU via Elm can tell us.
