Title: Cornersburg
Post by: Sharonite on June 17, 2005, 01:57:53 PM
I know this is probably a "Duh!" question to you Mahoning Countians, but I'm from Sharon, PA and I'm curious: Is Cornersburg a part of Youngstown or its own self-governing body?  I've never been able to figure that out.

Well cornersburg is Younsgstown but it is where AUSTINTOWN-CANFIELD-PART OF BOARDMAN AND AUSTINTOWN ALL MEET.

The name is because they all meet there but its not self governing.

Some stuff is austintown and some youngstown...

The Youngstown portion of Cornersburg is also called Kirkmere.
