Title: South Side Man Found Dead In Vacant Building

The body of a man reported missing on June 12 was found in a vacant building on W. Glenaven Avenue on the south side of Youngstown.  The death will probably be ruled a homicide.

Has anyone else heard of a problem with a number of YPD cruisers being out of service?

a dead body found in a vacant bldg. what else would you call it? a homeless person dead from old age?
