Is there anyone out there that is prepared to walk the walk and talk the talk.
I found a website for the manufacturer of all electric cars that sell for less than your typical gas guzzler, and they are looking for local dealerships. These cars are MADE IN THE USA!

How about Ohio electric cars?

For one person, the Meyers car might be good as a run-about, but is it practical for a family to run errands such as grocery shopping etc.?
The manufacturer I linked to has cars that are family friendly and really sharp looking for an electric car, one version holds 6 passangers.
I'm all for supporting Ohio businesses, but from what I saw of the Meyers car, it looks like a glorified golf cart. A childs toy.
The Xebra Electric Sedan at $11,700 has room for 4 as opposed to the Meyers car that has 1, and at half the cost. This allows for errands like grocery shopping, and other errands that a family needs a car for.

I understand your point. I was just offering another alternative that is already being produced down the road. Plus, I think the Myer car has heat and AC....
I didn't see that info on the zapworld site.

I'm sure that given a lot more good press, we'll see these cars on the road, but another question, given their speed limitations, would they be safe on expressways or other highways that have higher speed limits?
