Title: Large Crane Assembled On Central Square

One crane is being used to assemble the boom of an even larger crane on Central Square in downtown Youngstown.  The crane will be used to hoist heavy equipment to the roof of a nearby building.

I saw the big crane today, it was sweet! Anyone know what they were putting up?

The crane is being assembled/ is to be used to repair a water tank that is damaged at the top of the Met Tower.
