He is asking some good questions about a downtown developer's use of the float loans.
I'd like to see what the timeframe is, too. As of a few days ago, all three buildings (Wick, Realty, Erie Terminal) have been approved Ohio's historic tax credit. So now, there is no excuse as to why work can't begin.
