Symphony Place is the short street on the west side of the DeYor Center. The north bound lane of the road contains four utility covers which are about an inch or more below the grade of the pavement. A driver must avoid these manmade "potholes" or end up with an uncomfortable ride while passing the DeYor.
I hope this problem gets on the downtown fix-it list.
This pothole right in this very photo looks quite ominous if I do say so myself.
