Fourth Ward Councilman Mike Ray will hold his annual fundraiser on Tuesday, October 23.

The event is named his Oktoberfiesta and features Brats, Burritos and Brier Hill.

If the voters in Youngstown repeal council term limits in the November election,  Councilman Mike Ray will be able to run for a third term in the 2019 election.  Maybe he is already building a war chest for the May 2019 primary election.

What will he do with the monies that are raised in this fundraiser when the voters in Youngstown votes it down?

Its so SHADY that Council did not  bring this to a public meeting about term limits.... :'( :'( :'(
