Please read the Wednesday, April 6, issue of the Vindicator. A pair of Peregrine Falcons are now nesting on the Stambaugh Building's upper story.
Cleveland has had Peregrine Falcons nesting on Tower City for several years. The Cleveland nest has its own website and attracts bird lovers from across the country. Pictures from the falcon webcam are updated every minute.

Please check the falconcam during daylight hours. The eggs will hatch later in April.
When you come to downtown Youngstown to view the birds, have lunch at a downtown Youngstown restaurant.
Let's hope that the owners of the building don't do to their nest what was done to a Peregrine Falcon nest in New York a while back.
They are not only a treasure, but could be exploited in publicity.
Perhaps someone could create a website for them.
