I took a really hard look at this....I think it is the SKY BANK Building.

It is not the Sky Bank Building.

Hint:  This wonderful architectural treasure was hidden from the world for decades.  A recent restoration uncovered its beauty.

You are absolutely right!  The photo shows a portion of the ceiling and walls of Youngstown City Council Chamber located on the sixth floor of City Hall in downtown Youngstown.

Hopefully, a person involved with the project will soon post some additional information about the restoration.
