The Youngstown Office of Litter Control and Recycling is offering a leaf composting program this year. Leaves will only be collected from residents who use a special biodegradable paper bag. These large paper leaf bags are available by calling 330-744-7526. The bags will be collected during November following the schedule listed below.

2nd Ward November 7-8
3rd Ward November 12-13
4th Ward November 14-15
5th Ward November 19-20
6th Ward November 26-27
