Title: Price of Gasoline (going up)
Post by: jay on October 16, 2007, 09:11:59 PM
The price of oil exceeded $88 a barrel today.  I'm sure it won't take long for the price of gasoline to jump higher.

I paid 2.85 today because i had to get gas and didn't have time to look. Oil at record highs and whats our government doing? Nothing

It's probably just the usual spike before elections.  Spike and then dump the week or a few days before to make people happy.  A lot claim there is no relation to anything but the price of a barrel, but it sure seems like there is a plan from somewhere.  ::)

And i has been predicted that it will eventually reach $100 a barrell. And at $4.00 a gallon we will stil be paying less than most countries in the world. And If Iran blockades the Mid-east supply routes you can expect even higher prices.
Its not all supply and demand but cut the supply and see what happens.

On my website, I am leading with an article about how the Democrats in Congress BEHIND CLOSED DOORS are working on a new energy bill that is certain to drive the price of all fuels upward, and if this bill passes, look for the price of everything to climb upward while incomes drop.

As with other bills that the Democrats have put together behind closed doors, the public will have no input but the Environment whackos will be at the table pushing their agenda.
